The forum of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) contractors has again raised the alarm and cried out for help over what it called "30 per cent kickbacks" before its members are paid money being owed them by the commission. A group, the South-South Elders Progressive Forum (SSEPF) in Delta State had last week written to President Bola Tinubu over alleged extortion of 30 per cent of contract sums from contractors as kickbacks and an alleged N6 billion bribe paid by some people to retain their positions in the dissolved Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Board. ....
