Picture: JOVESA NAISUA The family of slain fisherman, Qiritivabea Cagilabakomeli, 42, is still trying to come to terms with his alleged demise on board the ill-fated fishing vessel Tiro II. His sister, Salote Raluve, 62, said her brother was a kind-hearted soul and the mysterious events surrounding his alleged murder on the high seas was a bitter pill to swallow. “He had just returned from a fishing trip on another fishing vessel and vowed not to return to sea until after my daughter and her family returned to the United Kingdom,” she said from her Cunningham home in Suva.
