We have only had one incident pop up on the maps so far and that has been an accident reported over to the shoulder on 74 eastbound, right at 275, a the Colerain Township area. As we look at the camera, i thought it was clear, but i do see flashing light, its over to the shoulder, volume of traffic remains light in that area, not seeing any delays, because of that incident, and really all over the tristate, we are still volume of traffic, anywhere where we have congestion, yet this morning, and we only have the one incident on the our maps and so far off to a good start on our tristate roads. Eyewitness news learned tonight that a 14yearold who was stabbed allegedly by a 16yearold in West Philadelphia today has died from his injuries. The stabbing happened at 46th and market this afternoon. Police say that an argument that began during lunch at West Philadelphia high school today spilled into the after school hours and then turned violent. That 16yearold is now under arrest.
