An accused murderer who is presently jailed in Kentucky as a fugitive from Nashville, waived extradition Wednesday afternoon and will be returned to Middle Tennessee in the near future. 46-Year-old Anton Rucker, who is also facing outstanding charges in the Rutherford County Courts, was named in a criminal homicide arrest warrant filed by Metro Detectives.
