Last sunday, former officer Kim Potter shot mr. Wright during a traffic stop. Officer potter resigned, on tuesday. The next day, she was arrested and charged with seconddegree manslaughter. Last nights protests were disrupted after one of the fences surrounding the Police Building was, momentarily, breached. 136 people were taken into police custody.
