The nine-acre island off the coast of Tampa, Florida, colloquially known as "Beer Can Island," is now on the market seven years after Cole Weaver, James Wester and Russell Loomis first bought it in 2017.
The island, formally known as Pine Key, is the brainchild of four investors who poured $5 million into renovations for the property after buying it in 2017.
