The Red Bluff Red Bluff Elks Lodge No. 1250 will host its annual Rib Cook-Off fundraising event on Saturday, June 1st, at the Elks Lodge after a several-year pause.
Officers of Red Bluff Elks Lodge No. 1250 met with native Tehama County resident Vern Raglin Monday at the Not Forgotten Memorial and Flagpole at Main and Pine streets to present Raglin with a Fly the Flag Certificate of Honor for displaying the American Flag correctly for nearly 20 years.
