Sources have informed ET that BJP will form all Lok Sabha committees by mid-January. Meanwhile, Trinamool Congress chairperson Mamata Banerjee has called a meeting for discussion about Lok Sabha polls strategies with West Midnapore district MLAs and party leadership. Discussion was held on strategies of winning the seat in the district, sources said.
Referring to the TMC delegation that came to meet Minister of State for Rural Development Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti on October 3, Singh said their purpose was not to meet the minister but to create ruckus.
