It was a miserably cold, rainy morning driving the streets of downtown Chattanooga when Ruby Sunshine came into view. There it stood, a rainbow against gray skies, a beacon in the fog calling my name, a cure to hunger when my stomach was growling. In other words, the perfect tonic for a Saturday morning brunch.
