The pair decided to sell to retire from the care sector and pursue alternative business ventures. Welford Healthcare owns several care homes. Spokesman Peter Madden said: “We are delighted to welcome Mavern into the group, and we look forward to learning from the special culture of this home.” This popular nursing home is situated in a prime location between Corsham and Melksham, and enjoys a pleasant setting within its own grounds away from the main road and the open countryside.
