The Royalton Police Department responded to a two-vehicle crash on Vermont Route 14 at 8:30 a.m. and found a Chevy Cruz and a Toyota Rav4, both with extensive front-end damage.
The vehicle was pulled over at 12:24 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, for driving over the fog line as the vehicle was traveling northbound on Highway 10, just outside the city of Royalton.
