SmarTone offers 5G services at SHKP s hotels Details 05 March 2021
SmarTone has expanded its 5G experience to Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) 11 hotels in the city while offering the wideset 5G network coverage both indoors and outdoors among competitors.
The telecom company said as the provision of high-speed internet access is now an essential guest service within the hospitality industry, it has decided to collaborate with its parent company SHKP to offer 5G network experience to its 11 hotels, such as Four Seasons Hotel, W Hong Kong, The Ritz-Carlton and the Royal Hotel Collection.
Apart from this, SHKP has also rolled out its first 5G robot WW at W Hong Kong, offering customers concierge services and responding to their enquires by connecting to the cloud.
