Oman, Paul S. age 69 of Brooklyn Center passed away September 12, 2022, doing what he loved most, barefoot waterskiing. Paul was born on May 30, 1953, in Little Falls, MN to Ralph and Lois (Koehntopp) Oman who preceded him in death. He was the stepson of Roy Eastvold who also preceded him in death. He was a graduate of Minneapolis North High School and served in the US Air Force from 1972 to 1976 during the Vietnam War era. Mr. Oman was an electrician both during and immediately following his service in the Air Force. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. Upon graduation from college, he held various positions as a Systems Engineer and Firmware Engineer for companies associated with medical devices including Medtronic, Smiths Medical and Boston Scientific Corporation. During Mr. Oman's professional career, he helped develop medical devices such as nerve stimulators, IV ....
