5:00 p.m. through december 31st. covid-19 business call center. reporter: santa clara county wants the public to call this covid hotline to report any curfew violators. south bay police agenccies are tweeting the same number. we haven t receive complainted in the emergency operation center regarding the curfew. reporter: that could change as we head into the holiday season. santa clara county still with one of the highest covid rates in the state. we continue to see this increase of this rate, hospitals are going to reach maximum capacity in three weeks. reporter: in neighboring san mateo county, the numbers are better, remained in red tier with no curfew. that s where some people are getting confused. this is the spot where san mateo county ends and santa clara county begins so, in other words, curfew/no curfew. i think it s kind of stupid, one has it, the other one should too. there s a lot of movement between the two counties so it might make sense for both
