Connecticut College students have called for President Katherine Bergeron to resign over the school’s choice to hold a fundraiser at the Everglades Club in Palm Springs, which has been long accused of racism and antisemitism. Though the event was ultimately cancelled, the decision caused the school's dean of institutional equity and inclusion to resign last week.
