King Kemp, 2, died from multiple injuries to his liver and spleen, while his 10-month old sister suffered 26 broken ribs, allegedly at the hands of their mother, Destiny Deboe, and her boyfriend, Tyshawn Haywood.
The couple was already charged with torture, mayhem, and child abuse for allegedly beating, handcuffing, and burning 11-year-old Annai Diaz, but the girl's cause of death remains a mystery.
