Vaccination clinics across the country are now receiving more supply of these vaccines to help meet the demand of the millions of children that now qualify to receive them.

(ABC 6 News) Olmsted County Public Health says it knows the smaller community pharmacies in Rochester are not always going to receive vaccine each week. Those pharmacies are expecting vaccine shipments throughout the Southeast Minnesota Disaster Healthcare Coalition and that coalition coordinates the smaller community pharmacies across southeast Minnesota. As you can imagine all pharmacies at the state level for MDH and the state to have to allocate to every single one of them across 87 counties can be a daunting task. So, by coordinating it through each of the 8 regions and their coalitions, it makes it a little easier, Amy Evans, COVID-19 planning section chief at Olmsted County Public Health, said.
(KTTC) With new options for the vaccine seemingly popping up every day, people remain confused about where they can sign up for a vaccine or if they are even eligible.
The Minnesota Department of Health s (MDH) Vaccine Connector Tool is a good way to find those answers.
Through this new sign up program, the state hopes to identify who needs the vaccine. It even has translators to better access underrepresented communities.
Even after connecting people to a vaccination site, there is still the problem of limited supply. Minnesota has been receiving just under 90,000 doses a week from the federal government according the MDH commissioner Jan Malcolm.
