Aggravated assault: Tony Hernandez, 38, 1500 block of Peru Road. Aggravated assault on a peace officer. Also, aggravated fleeing from a peace officer, resisting, evading, or obstructing a peace officer and criminal trespass.
Warrant: Carlos Ransdell, 27, homeless. Criminal damage to property out of Luna County Magistrate Court.
Summons: John Hefley, 45, Silver City, NM. Battery on a household member.
Felon in possession of a firearm: Juan Carlos Madrid, 24, 2200 block of S. Gold St. Also, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful use of a drivers’ license, expired registration, and a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to pay fine. ....
