here s jay wynne. yesterday was interesting as it was the warmest day of the year so far, with the top temperature of 26 degrees. also the warmest day in scotla nd degrees. also the warmest day in scotland at 22 degrees. this morning we had muddy conditions in the south east. and we have all this cloud, a dividing line between the warm and muggy air and something good deal of pressure towards south and mass and west. that fresh air is going to win out over the next few days, moving that rain out of the way. the rain has been across much of england and wales this morning, making it pretty unpleasant. much brighter further north. some lovely sunshine. and 15 or16 north. some lovely sunshine. and 15 or 16 degrees. the far north of england doing quite well and cornwall should be drying up but all this rain is really quite heavy underneath that central sway. and quite chilly underneath that. but still quite warm and muggy in the south east. as the rain moves through this evenin
