Taipei exhibition promoting marine conservation opens

An exhibition by underwater photographer Wu Yung-sen (吳永森) to promote marine conservation opened on Friday at SPOT-Taipei Film House. Greanpeace Taiwan, which is working with Wu, said it hopes the exhibition will garner support for its campaign for the government to pass a marine conservation bill. Greenpeace and Wu have donated one of his works to the Executive Yuan to call attention to the bill, Greenpeace said on Friday. Wu said that Environmental Jurists Association lawyer Kuo Hung-yi (郭鴻儀) inspired him to hold the exhibition, which runs until Friday next week.
