He was arrested on sunday facing a judge monday at the jail and wanted out bonded out tuesday. Records show he admitted to being near the mens room at the glitz nightclub the night of the shooting with a gun. One man was shot in or near the mens room but lopez denies he fired his gun. He says his friend was shot and ran to him for help outside the club. Orlando police say he was standing next to Joseph Villalobos on the ground bleeding and later died. They say he had blood on his clothing which he says came from hugging villalobos and helping him to the ground.
