This week s house is a brick Tudor-style home two blocks from Buckingham Pond, at 77 Brookline Ave., Albany.
It was built in 1933 and has 2,000 square feet of living space. The exterior has half-cladding and stucco on the upper story and brick below, and a steep slate roof that adds to its fairy-tale look. The style carries through inside with diamond-shaped muntins on the windows, doorways with cathedral arches and exposed beams in the living room bearing decorative carving.
