violence. good to see you. good morning. matter of minutes, peaceful protests gave way to violence, and so far, police have made at least 29 arrests. protesters marched into the early hours, demonstrations, spiraled out of control, and turned violent. at least dozen buildings were set on fire. biggs cents looted, windows broken, hundreds of gunshots heard. what i ve seen tonight is probably much worse than the worse night we ever had in august. police hurled tear gas into crowds. some demonstrators taunted authorities and set fires to police cars. police brought it on themselves. they have aggressive stands. so the rioting quickly spread here, where protesters set businesses on fire topping the decision, released document released by 12 jurors, including images, and testimony, to officer wilson. wilson said he shot series of rounds during the august 9 confrontation, which began while he was still in his squad car. wilson said his hands were inside on me, he enters

here. there is trouble developing in the gulf of mexico. low pressure. what it does is reforms off of the coast of the carolinas. it moves up the eastern seaboard. this means big problems for the busiest travel day of the year. moisture is moving in early in the morning. by 7:00 it s here. primarily rain in philadelphia when it first starts. probably snow in the far western suburbs. as it intensify by the afternoon we see the mixing in philadelphia. the steadier snow in the southwestern suburbs. big problems with travel. up in and down the eastern seaboard. low clouds and fog and the heaviest precipitation between 10 and 4. rain in the southeast. i-95 is wet during the day. things can change at night. i ll talk about that in the accuweather forecast. and we have john live in norristown. john, a lot my feel it s early for snow preps. much of the country has substantial snow. reporter:we are not going to see anything like buffalo conditions here. the critical element is the
