The mother of an infant girl from whose disappearance prompted an Amber Alert over the weekend is facing additional felony charges following the girl's death, according to police.
Persia Nelson, 24, is now facing murder charges in the tragic death of 11-month-old Halo Branton, who died after she was found by a search team in a utility tunnel at Schenectady's GE plant.
