Somadas was undergoing treatment at Government Medical College Hospital, Kollam following complications arising out of COVID-19, the disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. He had recovered and had tested negative for the novel coronavirus, it had caused an infection to his kidneys. According to a report in The News Minute, Somadas, 42-year-old, was a native of Chathannur of Kollam passed away at 3 am on Sunday. ....
