the afternoon at 4:00 on the street. 12,926 is where the industrial average is settling tonight. nasdaq down 30 point even, technology materials, financials, all under pressure today. nasdaq at 29.60 tonight. and s&p 500 weaker by 11 2/3 points. here is what i m watching in the markets right now as we wrap up another day. the dow working their way off of the session lows today, unable it recapture the 13,000 mark. today s selling triggered by political uncertainties in europe, which have cast a cloud on the debt crisis there. an election on certainty in france. wal-mart knocking off more than 20 point from the dow jones after a report over the weekend of bribery allegations at the retail giant s mexican subsidiary. about 180 companies on the s&p 500 are reporting earnings this week and in a few moments we will hear from netflix and texas instruments. todd tomorrow, heavy hitters on the docket including at&t, 3m and apple. apple stock down ahead of the numberes. let s get more
