Wisconsin’s State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Dr. Jill Underly, visited New Richmond High School on Thursday, Feb. 22, and she was impressed with what she saw.
Richmond will vote Tuesday on its $2,912,556 budget, a $182,634 increase from last year that uses $621,156 in the town's undesignated funds to offset the burden on taxpayers.
