You can see subway Riders Trekking through black water with floating trash, even wading through the flood in plastic garbage bags. In this video, the water is turning this new York City street into a river, flooding businesses on the Street Level below. In the bronx, the Running Water created a waterfall, trooping people underground. Flooding roads and causing Traffic Standstills and prompting water rescues. In connecticut, The Rain triggered a mudslide under the Amtrak Train tracks this morning. The mayor said theyre grateful somebody called in the incident early. Its very dangerous. If it wasnt addressed sooner than later, might have been a worst scenario of where the track might have collapsed. Tropical Storm Warnings from New York to massachusetts this morning.
