. this teenager says he was hit by a police cruiser and tonight one witness tells fox 5 the officer behind the wheel took off leaving the victim lying in an alley. good evening, everyone. i m brian bolter. i m shawn yancy. that witness says police di t even call for help. the victim just got out of the hospital. fox 5 s beth parker starts us off tonight live from the newsroom, beth? reporter: shawn, a police spokeswoman tells fox 5 that there are, quote, discrepancies about what occurred. to the victim it s quite clear. he says a police officer hit him with a cruiser and then left the scene of the accident. dominick turner struggles to shuffle down the sidewalk. turner was a healthy 18-year- old until saturday night. i m confused. everything really happened so fast. reporter: turnes friend isiah trent says the two young men walked home down this alley around 8:30 saturday. he says a car came up behind them.
