General Norat Ter-Grigoryants: I support the Chief of the General Staff and all command staff Retired Soviet and Armenian lieutenant-general Norat Ter-Grigoryants, who played a leading role in developing the Armed Forces of Armenia in 1992–1995, has vowed his support to the General Staff of the Armed Staff and the its command staff.
