Student Union (SU) Senate passed a resolution advocating for dining workers’ rights and discussed a potential roundtable among Jewish and Muslim student organizations to determine considered harmful speech, April 2.
The only substantive effect this resolution might have is intimidating and alienating Jewish students on our campus, and it is this effect that we can and must resist.
To the administration: I hope today you’ve learned some things that made you pause or got you thinking about your communication with the student body.
