As Chicago emerges from COVID-19 shutdowns, businesses are beginning to reopen. Here are some highlights of the returns and we ll be updating our list, so check back here for more information.
NAVY PIER: The popular lakefront tourist destination plans a phased reopening beginning April 30, starting with public access to some outdoor areas and rides and some of the restaurants on the property. The Pier will have 10-minute fireworks show every Saturday in May a 9 p.m. Click here for more.
DUSABLE MUSEUM: The DuSable Museum of African American History will reopen June 19 after shutting down last March. The South Side museum, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary, will also offer new exhibits. Learn more.
