The National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA), which earlier confirmed the massive diversion of funds by the late founder of Café Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd (CDEL) to promoter group entities, has imposed a record penalty of Rs2.15 crore on the auditors of Coffee Day Global Ltd (CDGL).
