Discotek Media previously picked up the
Captain Harlock Endless Orbit SSX series back in 2017 and they’re now doing some expansion on availability through streaming. The series has been added to Pluto TV in its original Japanese language with English subtitles and it’s limited to the US and Canada as others own the streaming rights elsewhere. You can find it streaming here.
Originally airing in 1982, the series ran for twenty-two episodes.
Based on the original work by Leiji Matsumoto, Kazuo Komatsubara handled the character designs with Toei Animation producing it. The Japanese cast includes Makio Inoue as Captain Harlock, Hiromi Tsuru as Revi, Jouji Yanami as Doctor Ban, Kei Tomiyama as Tochirō Ōyama, Reiko Tajima as Emeraldas, Tohru Furuya as Fader Zone, Youko Asagami as Kei Yūki and Yuriko Yamamoto as La Mime.
