Italian authorites say he was killed in a shootout with police this morning. It happened at a routine id check point. Police say he pulled a gun on an officer and fired. The officer was shot in the shoulder. As the shoot out took place, the suspect yelled allah akbar, accoridng to police. 12 people died in that truck attack monday night.
