Dr Baby Cherian, managing director of the care-provider company, said: “We are excited to have purchased Laurel Mount Nursing Home and are looking forward to working with the staff and getting to know the residents and their families.” The home, which had been in the same ownership for nearly two decades, is registered with the Care Quality Commission as providing nursing for up to 34 people. The sale was handled by Jonathan Wickens, a director of business property advisor, Christie & Co.
