Havre Police Department Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 8:01 a.m. to speak with an officer about filing charges. Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 68, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a First Street business reported an attempted beer theft Thursday at 11:53 a.m. Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 59, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container after a caller on First Street reported at 2:08 p.m. Thursday that a man was on the ground and rolling around. Brian Douglas Couch or Plentywood, 45, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on First Street Northeast reported a man urinating on the property.

The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Janie Hedstrom in January. Jordan Leigh Powers, born in 1994, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Natasha Rose Lohman, born in 1991, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of endangering the welfare of a child, first violation. Jordan Charles Demontiney, born in 1987, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, reckless driving, first offense, failure to give notice of accident by quickest. Havre Police Department A caller from a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported at 6:32 a.m. Friday that a company vehicle may have hit a light post at Seventh Avenue and First Street. A caller on Center Street reported backing into a neighbor s truck at 9:51 a.m. Friday. Seneca Tenielle Sutherland of Box Elder, 40, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver s license and speeding 12:17 p.m. Friday during a motor vehicle stop on 16th Avenue West. .
