Yonkers: Frankie Martínez-Blanco’s op-ed “Puerto Rican statehood can’t wait” (Feb. 21) erroneously expressed that in Puerto Rico this past November, “a majority of voters cast their ballot in favor of statehood.” This is a major distortion of the facts and misrepresentation of the plebiscite.
