Let me take a moment to recognize one of my predecessors both as the chair of the Tampa Bay Times company and of the Pulitzer Prize, andy barnes is with us. [laughter] this is a great tribute to a robust and resilient american institution. So, lets also say thank you to Joseph Pulitzer who created these prizes. It is a very hard thing to win a pulitzer. It is hard even to become one of the finalists. Hundreds and hundreds of entries arrive in new york each year for prizes given in journalism, literature, and the arts. Volunteer juries of experts spend days winnowing down the entries. The Board Members read every finalists entry and vote on a winner. It is with great pleasure then to present to you these

The storm that dumped 20 inches of snow on the midwest over the weekend moved into the northeast, and in parts of new england, this is now the snowiest tenday period on record with accumulations totalling five feet. Reporter bostonians were still trying to dig out from the two feet of snow from last weeks storm when this one started delivering on average an inch every hour. Tonight were nearly one foot and counting. As soon as the snow started to fall, boston deployed an army of 600 cleanup crews to city streets, clearing 6,000 truckloads of snow. 2011 so i think the administration is moving down that course before they started hearing from the Environmental Community and you could see the state department was heading down its route with Environmental Impact statements. They said look this is not environmentally friendly. Only downward as things change in the political environment within the administration not on the public side. Poll after poll has shown 60 to 70 approval for the pipeline so i think its changed at the very top of the political administration. Do believe that canada believes that its not a question of if but when . We think it will get built. The merits are there in the economics are there. Canada is going to build pipeline and build real and we have to take advantage of this i think it will. Congressmen do think it gets built . I think the longer this is delayed in a second term the less likely the president will approve it. What about the next president . I think the expresident certainly could easily take car
