About 120 Youth Advisory Panel leaders representing Saipan, Tinian and Rota middle schools gathered Thursday at Fiesta Resort & Spa for the first Youth Summit of the Public School System. The event was led by the Personal Responsibility Education Program with the support of various other programs. Also attending the summit were Board of Education Chairman Andrew L. Orsini, BOE Secretary/Treasurer Maisie B. Tenorio, student representative Rainalyn Reyes and Commissioner of Education Dr. Alfred B. Ada. On Friday, the second day of the summit, Youth Advisory Panel leaders from public high schools will gather at the same venue.
