It is looking largely dry which means there could be one or two showers around and it will be worn in the sunshine so the fine warm weather continues but today you can see how that motion of the cloud has brought a blip toward south eastern areas. In the west it stays sunny but not great news on the south east at lord s, you can see the rain spreading northwards, just missing birmingham, but it was quite heavy across some parts of the south east and through the course of this afternoon it will remain at pretty wet across this corner of the country. Out towards the west it is fine all the way towards south western scotland and not a bad day in northern ireland as well. Still wet in the south east this evening. That rain across east anglia may linger into the early hours but for the vast majority of the uk it is going to be a dry night. If you leave the washing out it will be fine.
