CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga, May 3 (PIA) The provincial government launched the Home Care Service Program (HCSP) in a bid to bring down COVID-19 mortalities in Pampanga amid high utilization of hospital beds.
Governor Dennis Pineda said this primarily aims to save the lives of Kapampangans while awaiting admission to private hospitals.
Previously, waiting to be admitted in a private hospital may take five to six days without any medication. Within this period, the condition of the patient may worsen and may result to death. This is what we are trying to prevent, he said. ....

DOING a first in the country, Pampanga Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda has launched the Home Care Service Program (HCSP) in order to to help save Covid-19 patients while they wait for admission in private hospitals.
Pineda initiated the HCSP as 939 hospital beds dedicated for Covid-19 cases in the province have reached between high-risk to critical-risk level while infected persons have risen to more than 3,000 as of late April. ....
