She spacialises in helping patients with depression, anxiety, ADHA, schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD among other mental health issues. What inspired you to create an online platform The Listener? As a psychologist myself, I have seen the stigma associated with mental health. It is never given as much attention as it should be. And because of this i wanted to provide a platform that is available to everyone. I created it with the intention that it can be used by everyone and not just the elite class. I feel that there needs to be more focus on mental health care and emotional well being
