QUINCY  Standing between the Quincy Center MBTA station and Hancock Adams Common, U.S. Senator Ed Markey asked Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch what the area will look like in 10 years. 
Markey said he hopes a sweeping $2.25 billion infrastructure package, dubbed the American Jobs Plan, proposed by President Joseph Biden, will help Quincy with those projects. Markey traveled to Quincy on Monday, May 3 to meet with Koch to talk about infrastructure, Quincy s future and pitch the president s plan. 
This is a city on the move. This is a boomtown market . this might be the greatest era in Quincy s history, Markey said. My job is to get that bill on the president s desk. ....
