We begin this hour with Breaking News Up On Capitol Hill just minutes ago, house lawmakers passed a bill that could lead to a ban of the very popular social media platform tiktok here in the United States, if passed by the senate and then signed into law by President Biden, the measure would give the company less than six months to sell to a nonchinese owner. If that doesnt happen, tiktok could be shutdown here in the United States chinas calling the bill an act of bullying. Users of the platform, which is widely popular, especially among younger americans, are rallying to try to protect it.
