Investigators deputized by new York Attorney general Leticia James found cuomo violated state and federal laws by sexually harassing employees and that his officer retaliated against at least one former employee for going public with her allegations. The report also found that cuomo and his aides fostered a toxic Work Culture cultivated by a climate of intimidation and fear.
