not just blunders but serious withholding of evidence. everything was provocational. they would get facts wrong. in some cases the prosecution seemed to be learning facts with the jury. all of it was just a very. lawrence: they ignored the court ruling as well. some aspects. lawrence: professor, they ignored court ruling of the judge gave specific instructions whatnot do and he just blew right through the judge and the judge as admonished him as well. i mean, the everyone was talking oh my gosh this judge got so upset. i have been in front of judges who would have just held the prosecutor in contempt. will: right. a lot of judges would have dismissed that trial. i think this judge wanted to go to verdict. ed to bring closure to the case. and ultimately the jury did precisely that. but, what s really, i think, alarming is how much has changed
