WOONSOCKET Two Rhode Island men have been arrested on separate charges, including a homicide warrant and multiple counts of larceny and drug possession, authorities said Thursday. Stephon X. Nelson, 28, was taken into custody on Jan. 3 by the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force on a New York state warrant for second-degree murder.
