Relocating Rohingyas at Bhasan Char has been emphasised as part of a broader humanitarian diplomacy , said international relations expert Prof Delwar Hossain today. Repatriation of the Rohingyas to their homeland is the main focus, he said during a seminar and dissemination of findings of a research project on Relocation of the Rohingya Displaced People from Cox s Bazar to Bhasan char: Opportunities and Challenges at Dhaka University.
