ROCKVILLE, MD Rockville Volunteer Fire Deputy Chief Scott Emmons has died at the age of 48.
In a post published on its website, the city s fire department said Emmons died from complications he suffered after a medical event on Feb. 6. A procession was held Friday as his body was brought to a Rockville funeral home.
